Social Networking Ad Spending Lower than expected

emarketer.com published May 13, 2008 some new social networking ad spending, which are expected to be lower than the previous estimations, from $1.6 billion to $1.4 billion. Does that mean that the appeal of the market is down? The fact is that these figures have been impacted by the recession in the US, and that it has affected marketing budgets.bb
