docstoc.com: exchange your professional documents

I had the chance to meet the founder of this website at the Geek Dinner organized by Loic Lemeur in San Francisco in September. I was actually very impressed by his idea. Docstoc.com is a user generated community where you can find and share professional documents.

For example, if you are a start up builder, you probably need some legal documents such as an employant contract, or also a business plan presentation. Basically, any kind of documents you need at some points to start your business can be found

I think the idea is great, and the website will probably give a hand to people who needs support while creating their companies. I went through some of the documents and they seem to be of good qualities. We are in the same peer to peer or 2.0 idea, where the users create the value of the website.
