Dealing with your ideas

I wanted to come back on an issue we talked about in class with Henri Kauffman, one of the mastermind in the CRM and Web 2.0 in France. He said something scary, but true : don't be scared of people stealing your ideas. He said it is very important to have ideas, and to be able to have the more ideas as possible. But when you have a good idea, since it is hard to get them, most of the time we want to keep it, and to watch out that no one would take it away. But according to Kauffman, it is ok to see an idea going in some other hands. The world is all about people having had ideas. And that is why we should not be scared about letting an idea go, because some other ones, even better would come. Therefore, if someone now will try to steal one of your idea, do not worry, that means that you are able to have some other ones even better.
